Description JAC S2

JAC S2 is a compact front-wheel drive crossover. In China, JAC S2 has been on sale since the second half of 2015, and a five-door for the Ukrainian market came out in January 2017. With a length of 4135 mm and a wheelbase of 2490 mm, the JAC S2 is a direct competitor Chery Tiggo 2 and cross hatchback Renault Sandero Stepway.

The S2 is equipped with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 113 hp. and a torque of 146 N m, which is also found in the "older" model JAC S3. This unit is combined with a 5-speed "mechanics" and with a variator. The drive is exclusively front, the front suspension is independent MacPherson type, the rear is semi-independent with a torsion beam. The clearance under load declared by the manufacturer is 120 mm.
